Really starting to hate going to this place. My regular place was closed today (mondays) Get this the insurance agent tried to talk me into insuring my car longer than I wanted. (6 months) unbelievable. Last year when I went to insure the same vehicle. The insurance agent tried to get me to up my liability insurance. Said it would only cost me an extra $15.00 bucks. When everything was said and done he wanted $355.00 bucks for three months insurance. Never have paid more than $290.00 bucks in the past?? Agent lied to my face. Didn't upgrade my insurance.

This place gets 5 Stars easily. Sonia Bligh the insurance broker was very friendly and professional to us. We first went to Westland Insurance in Murrayville to transfer a vehicle into our name that we just purchased. When we open the door to go into the office, we were loudly and rudely told to wait outside. How nice seeing as it was cold and pouring rain. I understand covid-19. They could have been a lot more professional and friendlier towards us but we were actually yelled at. I could not believe it, I was so Furious. I decided to go to another insurance broker and wound up at Sabil in Aldergrove. Their behaviour towards us was a total 180 from how we were treated before at Westland. I would highly recommend this place. They are very friendly and respectful to their customers and they seem to want to have business. Not Chase customers away. This place gets 5 stars easily.

Ive been there plenty of times. Young gentle man idols always nice...went and saw tywin older man today. Rude. Wont be in again. Bad luck on dawali

Went in today to cancel a 7 day permit we only used a couple days and didn’t need it anymore The guy helping me said you can’t cancel a permit , the lady across the office said yes he can ( I called and talked to someone earlier and they said I could) he’s yelling at her no you can’t cancel a permit , she was yes you can , then he proceeds to yell across the store Do you want to do in then. Totally unprofessional and rude. Can’t wait for our regular insurance company to start doing walk-ins Won’t be back again.
