Kissing Crows Cyclery

I emailed the shop to ask if they had a specific fender I was looking for. I receive a reply within an hour with a confirmation of the stock and exact price. It was my first time visiting this bike shop. The young lady climbed up some ladder to get the fender I wanted to see, and also went through the trouble to find a comparable one just so I can check out a different set to consider. She didn't sway me to buy the more expensive set. Josh rang the item up for me, and offered to take care of the awkward packaging so I can stuff the fenders in my backpack. From the first email to walking out with the product I needed, the service speed and attitude were all top notch and friendly. I find it hard to find a shop that isn't snobby, and doesn't treat me like an idiot because I'm a woman. I'd definitely visit again!

I brought my new-to-me Thule jogging stroller in for help with what I thought was a flat tire. The staff at Kissing Crows filled the tires, monitored it for two days and didn't make me feel like an idiot when it turned out that my pump was broken and it really just needed some air. Josh refused to accept money from me and then went out of his way to explain the proper tire PSI and how to align the front wheel. I've had some not so great experiences with bike mechanics in the past, but everyone I interacted with at Kissing Crows was genuinely kind and helpful as well as super knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back with any actual flat tires or other stroller/bike issues! Thanks again Josh and team!!

Awesome LBS! I've been in a few times now and staff are super nice and even helped me troubleshoot my big issues. I managed to resolve issue from their advice and will certainly be back soon for any other bike needs.

Amazing shop! I took in a build project and Josh and his team were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me build my dream bike and provided amazing service and attention to detail. I can't wait to bring in my next project to them! Wonderful shop, can't recommend them enough.
