Great shop! Got my first road bike here and was very pleased with the service I received. I was helped by multiple staff members who were all super helpful in helping me find the right bike as well as explaining the gear system. I ended up getting a Norco Drop and I am very happy with the bike. Customer for life!

I have tubeless tires and needed to purchase sealant. The folks at RAD were nice enough to do it for me which took well over 20 minutes and went beyond closing time. I wholeheartedly appreciated the care and the time they gave to do this for me with such precision. I have no hesitations in recommending RAD.

Best bike store. I went to three other stores looking for an adapter and they refused to even touch the bike without an appointment. R.A.D cycles was awesome not only did they have the part no one else did, the Asian gentleman that worked there pumped my tires and was super helpful. Nice to see such great customer service. Would highly recommend
