From start to finish we had a fabulous experience with Rack Attack Vancouver!! Curtis was bar none, professional, caring, sincere and had our utmost asks and concerns in the forefront. Curtis went over the features of several bike racks for our hitch and was completely honest and transparent. Curtis is genuine and has his customers as a top priority and is very knowledgeable. We were in and out of there in less than a half an hour, new proud owners of a Yakima Holdup!! Thanks Rack Attack for the amazing experience, we will definitely be recommending your shop!!😊

Super happy with the customer service that was provided. Ordered a bike rack online and was delivered quite quickly. However my dual exhaust melted one of the tire slots. I called the store manager, Bob, and he was super helpful. Ordered me replacement pieces and replaced the pieces for me. He also gave me suggestions for how to make the rack compatible with my car. I ended up buying a hitch extension. Thanks for making a stressful situation better!

Rack Attack is the store! I bought my Thule Cargo box here and the staff was super helpful! Above all else, they were friendly and super easy going! They even showed me how and then installed my cargo box for me in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend them!

Buying a new truck is always exciting, then the time comes to accessorize it! I wanted a rack that I could build on that also suited my truck – it had to be functional and a suitable platform to build on for my future needs. They came out to see my truck, talked to me about my needs and found the right product that would fit right and that I could build on for the future. They were able to get my truck in right away and did the install while I had lunch. My truck looks great, the rack is functional and the install went perfectly and they didn’t even leave a finger print on the paint! I am impressed with their professional work and can tell they take pride in all they do! They get my 5 star recommendation and I will go back to them as I continue to accessorize my truck!
