I recently purchased a Synergy City Elite scooter from this company. I am having a blast on this machine!! This scooter has been a real eye opening experience and the most fun I’ve had on wheels!! I dealt with Josh Sanford who is far and away the best asset that this company has! He is smart, knowledgeable and consistently personable with a true desire to help!! We’re in our late 40’s and came to north 49 in search for electric scooters. Josh really made the experience great, he took us through all the models available so we could make the best choice for what we each wanted to get out of our e-scooters. My girl chose the 350w and I went with the 800w. We went for our first rip around where we live, had a blast and look forward to many adventures ahead together. Thanks North 49, Josh and if anyone is in the market, they carry really great range also in e-bikes, paddle boards and we’ll probably come back, as the inflatable kayak looked like a great toy! Brought my push scooter to get a tire change. They were awesome and totally helped me. Other scooter shops wouldn't as I didn't buy my scooter from them... these guys saved the day!

Wow! I'm so impressed with the level of service. Josh was generous with his time and very thorough with the set up of my new Synergy 350. I am happy to support a Canadian business and a company that really cares about their customers. I highly recommend! Update: I have be loving my electric scooter! If your thinking of getting one, do it! It is my daily commuter (except for rainy days) I have had my scooter for about 4 months, nothin but good times.
