Vintage Iron Electric Cycles - Electric Bike Vancouver

Saw the Super73 RX online. Looked around on the web for Canadian dealers of Super73. I decided to browse the various sites of the Super73 dealers. Vintage Iron E-Cycles was the clear choice. Called them up and bought it. Josh was incredibly helpful. Thanks Josh! Awesome team. Amaaaaazing bikes.

Great customer service! Josh Sanford is a fantastic salesman and he knows his products well. I purchased a Super73 in early April and Josh and I still communicate to this day. The original bike I purchased had a problem with the brakes (not Vintage Iron’s fault) and instead of trying to get replacement parts in (which would mean I would have to wait 2-3 weeks) Josh decided to give me a whole new bike! He represents everything good in a salesman and if you are looking for an electric bike or scooter and want a fantastic, chill, and hassle-free experience look no further than Vintage Iron Cycles and North49Brands!

They are some of the coolest folks around town. I dropped by to test out the onewheel as these guys are one of the few places that have it on demo. All of the staff, especially Tom and Josh were super helpful and patient. At no point were they pushy during my 45 min stay. It was overall an awesome experience and I won't hesitate for a second recommending them to friends. Thanks again guys!

If you are looking to support businesses that support their community and genuinely care about their customers, you will do that at Vintage Iron. Josh welcomed me warmly and quickly got me back on the road when my tire was low. This was after I was turned away from Flat Fix Bike Shop, who said that they were being selective about who they gave service to during this socially distanced time. In other words, they were only servicing paying customers. Also, I appreciated how clean and organized Vintage Iron's shop was. Thanks again for the great service, Josh.
