Great shop with a great vibe—they hooked me up with the cargo e-bike of my dreams for a price I didn't think was possible!

SideSaddle’s staff was helpful and down to earth—service traits that can be difficult to find at other bike shops. Despite the COVID bike boom, the shop's team made time to address my specific needs and answer my questions. They were willing to adapt to my plan of building a bike, and showed me alternative models that would work for the bike adventures I’m planning. Altogether, the shop is very capable of finding something that works for any rider, whether it’s a custom build or complete bike. The shop’s friendly, tailored service makes the process of getting a new bike both easy and enjoyable.

Nice little shop with knowledgeable and unpretentious staff. Little bit higher price point, higher quality stock. At the moment much more concentration is gravel, road and commuter cycles, little bit less mtb.

After years of going through bikes and never finding something that I was truly happy with, I am thrilled to have made my recent purchase through Sidesaddle. The staff are very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and passionate. I filled out their online questionnaire and I was so impressed with the detailed, personal response I received. Despite being super busy due to the recent bike boom, they were so patient in answering my questions and guiding my decision. They suggested doing a bike fitting with me which was very helpful since we realized that I have quite an unusually proportioned body. This helped them find the perfect bike that is custom fitted for me. After a couple days riding, I am so happy with my decision. I finally feel like I have a bike that feels right for me. I can't believe I didn't go to them sooner. If you're like me and you've had difficulty finding the right bike, you must go to Sidesaddle! Truly some of the best service I've ever received.

Was looking to upgrade to a nicer bike. Booked an appointment and completed their bike survey as well. Not only was the response for the bike survey super quick (1 business day), the bike suggestions were excellent! It gave me time to do a bit of research prior to my bike shopping appointment. On the day of my appointment, the staff were super nice, helpful, and really knowledgable about all the bikes! Ended up purchasing a Marin Nicasio 2 there!
