If I could give 10 stars I would!! The urban Machina team in Vancouver are awesome and very patient with me. I am sorry I was a pain. But you guys are amazing and I love my scooter! The evolv 2.0 is something else!! Amazing and it’s great!! Thank you again with everything. I would definitely recommend Urban Machina for your needs about scooters.. great job guys and gals!!!

Great, friendly customer service, frequent communication; I always knew the status of my order. The scooter arrived in perfect condition and more than met my expectations. I ordered from the US, but the transaction was seamless. Thanks, UM!

Great selection of products, quick and easy communication with the staff, and opportunity to test devices prior to purchasing them. I just bought my first e-scooter and I haven't had a real chance to try it yet, but I had a positive experience so far, received a discount, and I hope this will continue in the future when follow-up services might be needed. I would recommend Urban Machina to any fans of e-devices that contribute to saving our climate from further pollution.

I have had such a great experience with Urban Machina. Everyone who works there is super helpful and nice. Would recommend to anyone and everyone looking to get an electric scooter! The fact that they also have the workshop to repair anything that goes wrong also adds peace of mind! Thanks again Urban Machina for all your help!
