Reckless Bike Stores

They misquoted me the cost of replacing a simple part. Ended up double what they quoted. Would have done it myself if I had known. I suggest going to a more honest shop.

$12 for a generic tube. $6 at MEC. $7 at Dunbar Cycle. This is a good place to shop if you have absolutely no other choice.

Offer free oil and air at all stores. Wonderful source for all things cycling. Extremely competent mechanics and super knowledgeable sales staff. I would not hesitate to visit any of their stores. I would be assured of excellent customer service.

Took two bikes in for a tune up this weekend, the place is always busy so had to wait for a few mins (no issue with waiting) before the mechanic checked the bikes, he had a quick look and told us which tune up package would be best ($89.99), we've had the bikes for 5 years and not had them checked over during that time (my bad!). The tune up was great, breaks tightened felt like a new bike riding it home!

10 out of 10 service for these guys! Jaime was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great direction! We bought a bike for our daughter, and it was all set up in just a few minutes! My wife did the unthinkable and accidentally knocked over a whole row of bikes, and they were not freak out at her - they were pleasant the whole time, even though there was a big line up! Great job guys!
