Great service. Everyone made purchasing my first bike for over 10 years a really easy purchase. Shout out to Tennessee for making it happen. Can't wait to get my new bike out.

I went to pick up the bike I purchased today online after being contacted by staff to tell me it was ready. After getting my receipt ready, the salesperson informed me that I needed photo ID to collect it. I wasn't aware of this in advance and currently don't have any. I left the store and the staff followed me out the door. At this point I decided I wanted a refund. I no longer want the bike. I asked a favor to get a drive over there from my employer at a time of day I really shouldn't be away from my station, and it ended up being for nothing. I was already making them wait for no reason longer than expected, so we drove away. I needed a moment to calm down. I called the store to work out how to get a refund and was put through to the same salesperson. He told me that they could hold the bike 'for a few days' to which I responded I should f---- hope so, seeing as I had already paid for it, but that hardly mattered seeing as how I wanted my money back. I could hear him laughing over the phone. I'm not going to pretend I was anything close to civil with him after that, but then what did he expect? I just want my money back, I don't think I'll be taking any business to that location again. 20 minutes after I got back to work, I got an email informing me that my bike was ready for pickup, informing me I needed photo ID. Bear in mind this was probably the better part of an hour after the phone call I got where they didn't mention anything about photo ID. Despite making it very clear that I wanted a refund, a few minutes after that email, I got another one informing me that my bike is now ready for pickup at Giant Bicycles' Squamish location. I guess that salesperson wasn't done having a laugh, since clearly the guy begging his boss for rides across town should have a really fun time getting out to Squamish and back to pick up a bicycle.

I decided to go with an Opus bike at another location but I'm writing a review for my boyfriend cause he bought his bike here.He was quite thrilled about this brand so much he had to come purchase a Giant bike and the service at this location was over his expectations they have provided good quality care. There was some things that had to be adjusted, a part was broken on the bike and his gears needed a fix up but they got the job done the same day. He also wanted everything from this store from the helmet, his padded shorts, travel bag and lights. This store has been so accommodating to him and gave him first class treatment so he just loves this place he always comes home so happy. But for myself I wanted to support a Canadian brand instead at this present time but I'm still going to consider the fact that this store gave great quality service to him. So thank you Giant Vancouver you really made his purchase feel like a great experience.

Giant Vancouver's team is amazing. Andrew and Alejandro have helped me on multiple occasions with both sales and service and they truly understand the value of great customer service. Extremely attentive, courteous and they listen so well. This is one of the best bike shops in Vancouver! Thank you Giant Vancouver.
