I've been going here for a couple years for maintenance and have always been satisfied. They never try to sell you stuff that you don't need and the cost is better than some of the other shops I've frequented in Metro Van. For those complaining about how long it takes for work to get done, just look at the number of bikes in there with work orders. It's a busy shop and all the good bike shops in town are dealing with a backlog of repairs with summer and COVID-19. My only complaint about Union Street is that it's not closer to my home. ;)

Avoid this place, the guy is not honest at all. Asked him how long it would take for a spoke replacement and he said not long and to bring in the tire. Came in and he said I would need to leave my bike there for a few days. Others places are more honest and tell you how booked up they are and if they can do same day or not.

Dont come here! They charge you more for their own errors! Bob is a nice guy at the beginning till you pay. There is many shops out there better

My bike-like object has needed lots of repairs and servicing since I started commuting in 2017. They are patient with that old thing. What can I say, the bike couriers service their wheels here. Always friendly, I've never felt ripped off. Tip - plan ahead and get your annual service done in winter - they will be busy in spring and summer. Perhaps 2020 is more forgiving
