I've been there twice regardless of not having an appointment and being just a walking the customer service and the kindness at the store is AMAZING! The girl with tattoos on her arm, ( I'm sorry I don't know your name) she's such an angel!! She fix my pedal and was literally so helpful and knowledgeable about what my bike had.
that's how other stores should be, cuz I've been in several either the the east side or the west the workers lack of politeness but here I feel so welcomed.

The employees at Flat Fix really truly care about making sure their customers love their bike! The price for a tune up is decent compared to other prices in the city. They made some really good changes to my bike that makes my ride so much better. You’re in good hands here!
Everybody in there is really nice. Just bought bike from there. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They didn't have exactly what I was after the first time I dropped in but they messaged me a few days later with the perfect bike.
Great tune up- very honest and informative, fast and reasonably priced. Also they treated me with respect (no judgement etc. Just friendly and helpful).
I have received great service at this bike shop. They are friendly and provide a welcoming atmosphere. Due to covid, it takes a bit longer to get your bike in for a service, but the appointment booking system makes it convenient to do so.
