So, I decided after moving to Yaletown that I needed better tires for the urban riding I was just discovering that I liked a lot. My bike had clunky mountain bike tires more appropriate to trails. A quick Google search led me to Simon’s. About a 5 min bike ride from my new place. Quickly explained what I need and they set me up and installed my new street tires on my bike. Lightening quick service at a great price. Just finished my first ride on the new rubber around the seawall and I’m 110% happy with my new purchase. Outstanding!!

Just picked up a Specialized Enduro from Simon’s. Simon and his staff (JT/Mel)were incredibly knowledgeable. They have better stock then most of the bike shops out there. I wanted to lighten up my bike with exchanging some parts, and Simon was able to walk be through the pros and cons. I ended up leaving the bike stock for now. Amazing RideWrap job. A fantastic find - encourage anyone looking for a bike to drop by Simon’s.

there is a bike shop just cross the street where I live, yet I still shop at Simon's bike. That is how much I appreciate this spot. JT helped me pick a gravel bike that suit my needs perfectly and the experience was fantastic. Great selections, awesome people.

Tequila and smarties, this was a bit of humor in a conversation on my first call. Simon's bike shop is above standard customer service, this is only matched by their knowledge of bikes. My daughter was matched up with the perfect bike and she was so happy. She currently tells me she loves it so you guys rocked. They have an amazing lifetime service among other perks. Which means these guys are looking to make long lasting relationships. Thank you Simon and staff, even though he's a go, go busy guy, he still made time to help out. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a bike or service.

Had a rack fail and this shop fixed me up fast so I could get home. So glad they are next to my office. Whenever I get back to the office, I'm glad I've got a reliable shop nearby to fix those inevitable commuter flats.
