Great customer service skills, excellent knowledge with the product in store....he made my first ski buying experience a total pleasure. I never felt that I was getting information that was misleading or that I was being upsold into something I didn’t need. Being in sales myself, I really appreciated his honestly and professionalism. Came in looking to get a full ski setup this week. Haven’t skied in probably 15 years. I Asked the salesman if he skied and he immediately responded yes. Mike explained how skis have changed since my last time skiing many moons ago. He had Excellent product knowledge and professionalism which made me feel confident that he was recommending what I needed. He took the time to ask me lots of questions about how I ride and then walked me through options that fit the type of skiing I want to do. After 15 years of snowboarding I’m stoked to be able to ski as well again. Thanks Mike for making the process simple! Highly recommended this store!

I have bought 2 bicycles from The Vancouver store and I really love their sales and customer service. My first bike ran into problem a few days after the purchase and it was taken care of right away. Also, My brother always shops here for the ski season whenever he is in town and we both love the experience.

I took my skis in to be waxed and repaired right when Covid started. I cut them a bit of slack for not getting it done at the time, obviously a tough situation for any business. However, I called multiple times over the summer to get an update and I got the same answer. It wasn’t ready. I got a call two week’s ago that they were ready. Fine, no issue. My wife went in to grab them for me because the only time I can go is on weekends and that line is insane... when she went to pay the clerk said “next time you leave your skis here for 9 months, we’ll just throw them out”. What!!!? I called you repeatedly to ask an update. Just a rude way to address a customer.

Great store to get your mountain gear. Bought my new Lib Tech board and Soloman binding there. Will buy from there again.
