I love my BRODIE DYNAMO. Leo did a eager job helping me. However. This is a terrible bike shop. The mechanics try but just don't have the skill or experience. Less than two weeks after buying my bike and riding 10 kilometers to the hospital i work at several spokes snapped. The owner blamed me for riding reckless and wanted to charge me for the repair and, to complicate things further, he told me I would have to wait over a week before they even looked at it. After a week I called and found out they haven't even looked at it. I told the employee over the phone I'm not happy and that I'm coming by to pick up the bike and taking it to another shop. The only reason I bought the bike was to ride back and forth to work at the hospital and stay off transit. To make a story short I decided to pay for my first tune up out of pocket and paid to have proper spokes laced in at Reckless Rider and the bike is great. Thanks Sergio and the staff at Reckless for prompt and great service.

I had a pleasant experience here after going in to buy accessories for my bicycle. The shopkeeper helped me find what I want, and attached them to the bike for me.

Mechanics here are incompetent, brought my bike in for a tune up and to fix the dropper post... first ride with it and the dropper post still didn’t work, I took it back in and mentioned that the dropper post didn’t work after paying for it to be serviced. They said if they couldn’t fix it they would replace it, after a few days they said the spent hours on it but couldn’t fix it or replace it (for some reason I still don’t understand, if the post was truly broken I would have happily paid for a new one but they couldn’t even sort that out) but charged me for the time and service anyway for an issue that they’ve now failed to fix and that I’ve paid for twice. Went riding in Squamish a few days after and stopped in the local shop there mechanic fixed it in like 10 mins.
