Disaster store. The woman who works there is rude, aggressive and bossy. To make matters worse she ripped me off and over charged me for my item. when I left I realized I had been over charged. I called her and she told me to come back in 3 days (rather than just credit my card)

Wonderful staff, very helpful and efficient.

Had just built my bike ready for a tour down to San Diego and stopped in to ask for assistance in threading my pedals & to use their pump. I also asked if they could take a look over for safety.... Don was absolutely outstanding with his patience, advise & knowledge. I was staying right accross the street but now, even if I was staying on the other side of town, I would travel all that way for their customer service & simply support that store again. They are very reasonably priced and know how to look after patrons. I can not recommend them highly enough. Thanks Don!
