I was looking for the perfect running shoe and was helped by the kindest worker named Emma who suggested the zoom pegasus 37s and I absolutely love them!!! I wanted a comfy shoe good for long distance running and she knew right away what I needed. She was also very knowledgeable about the different shoes on the wall. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Could not find a staff member to get shoes in the correct size. The children's shoes was not staffed. Had to stand in line at a checkout to ask for the sizes. Then when we finally found a shoe we liked they didn't have his size. Wow . This took more than an hour and to try three different runners on .This was a long time. Staff also knew nothing about fitting a child for running shoes.

I bought a snowboard helmet online. The item arrived quickly but the condition looked like opened box, not even organized in the box. The product fortunately does not have scratches, damages.

This Downtown Vancouver Sport Chek is bright, spacious, spotless and well-maintained. The staff in this store were extremely helpful and friendly. Great selection of apparel and sporting goods.

I have no issue with quality of over $100 running shoes we purchase but the service. Young men working in that department were more interested in young ladies then helping my daughter. We were treat rudely except for front of the store staff who were very pleasant. It took twice as long as it should have because these men were not into there job.
