2020.09.15: I just bought a used 20-in Gary Fisher kids mountain bike here, and was really impressed with the bike, the maintenance, the friendly service, and the price! Was much better in all respects than the other used bike shop I had just checked out. Glad I went!

Ride-On has quality parts at fair prices, along with refurbished parts. Very helpful and friendly mechanics. They are a valuable business to have in Kits, providing a great community service with recycling, rebuilding, and reselling used bikes - making biking more accessible and less costly for many.

If i could give more than 5 stars, I would. I can't say enough good things about this place. After taking my bike to two other places who couldn't get my bike back to me for weeks (were super rude) and who recommended I needed a bunch of extra parts (cassette and chain etc) , I took it to Ride On who told me I definitely didn't need those parts and was able to get it done on the same day! I am beyond pleased. The other bike shops wanted to charge me upwards of $350, and I got everything done that needed done under $100 at Ride On Again. My bike rides great now. I think it was the Irish guy (I'm terrible with accents) who helped me and he was so super kind & honest. I will only go to this shop for repairs from now on. I had to wait just under 2 hours before opening to get in as they only take so many bikes per day , but it was well worth the wait!

Just pick my bike for tune up. As usual these guys provided a great service. Super knowledgable about what needs to be done on the bike. They always find the good balance with cost and quality. From my tri bike to my day to day commuting bike, I totally trust these guys. Basically the whole family got their bike there. During these Covid time, you don't enter the store, but all is organized super efficiently. Highly recommended.

I think this is my first Google review, but my last few experiences at the shop compelled me to share how amazing the mechanics are at Ride On Again. They'll give you an honest appraisal, the best deal on quality service I've seen in Vancouver, and never leave you feeling pressured. Kudos to the Ride On Again team.
