Excellent service, and one of the few bike shops in town with a decent amount of bikes in stock. They might not be the fastest at returning emails or calls, but they have a good system in place for social distancing in the store. The manager, Tim, is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I was at West Point Cycles during COVID, and they provided us with amazing service. They were all really nice, and they let me try my bike without an appointment because the line-up behind me was very short.
