We bought a new Highlander from Jim Pattinson Toyota. The process was seamless and the staff were amazing. Anna, Michael and Eddie were so helpful and answered all our questions. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail! I took in my leased Toyota to have a car tire repaired (nail in tire). Booked appointment and it was done same day. Fully covered by ECP. They even found another tire hole and patched it too. Recalled part was repaired on the same visit with my approval. Easy and seamless. The service technicians were excellent! I worked with Kevin, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kept me informed of the repair process. I highly recommend this location!
