What an amazing experience we had picking up our Model 3!! Ernesto was so thorough and knowledgeable and patient with us right from the start of online order!’ The facility is large but I hear quite busy on weekends and every quarterly period as this is the only pick up centre in all of BC!!! Even on a Monday night it was hopping... the whole experience took about 1.5hrs... get your floor liners ahead of time and bring with you before you drive away. ICBC rep was there to take care of insurance and plates etc. and our Tesla rep put the plates on for us no problem....there is paid street parking across the facility by a large park. Great job Tesla and thank you 😊

Super Excellent Pickup Experience with Delivery Specialist Ruby. 6 Stars for her. She is professional ,knowledgeable and patient from Start to Finish. I would recommend booking a weekday early morning appointment. The whole process took 1 hour.

The delivery experience at this location was awesome. I was given plenty of time to inspect my car before signing the paperwork. The car was beautiful and very nicely detailed before pickup. There was one minor paint issue that was repaired on site while I did ICBC (also on site). All the Tesla staff working here were very friendly and professional.

Super crowded and packed inside, granted it was a Saturday. Waited for an employee after we checked in for about 15 minutes. Whole paper signing process was fast, Rick was phenomenal and explained everything about the car and paper work super fast and efficiently. Insurance agent took much longer to meet us and rushed the paper work (he made errors I didn't catch and had to have fixed after.) They also need a better parking set up, making people park on a busy road with limited paid parking isn't fun.

During COVID-19 pandemic period, visitation is limited for registered owners only. Washroom, and other amenities closed during this period. Building decor and facilities are quite barebone compared to competitors. Excellent and informative handover from Julia, and accommodating to our request to change appointment time. Vehicle was better prepared than my previous Tesla delivery. Vehicle at 80% charge on pick-up. Uncomplicated trade-in process. Trade-in vehicles are to park against the hedge on the west side of the parkade.
