Just got off the phone and was not happy with how it was handled. the entire time I was told to "book in" with a high price quoted when I simply asked if they could run there computer to tell me why my engine light keeps coming on and off (even just the code it gives I will google it). they said it takes an hour (it takes about 2 mins), the fine people at Toyota in Nanaimo were happy to help out free of charge on the spot.... not that I expect that but simply saying "yes we can do it for 50$ ect. would be great, not charging a full hours labor right off the hop. this is a small thing I know but in the future when I look to buy a brand new Tacoma things like this is what gives me a base layer distrust of a dealership. They want to make a sale not make a customer.
