Wayne has been phenomenal throughout my entire experience, he helped me purchase my brand new A class and held my hand through the entire process as this was my first time leasing a vehicle. He answered all questions I had, spent endless time with me explaining every detail and letting me test drive the car and going through all the features. After my purchase, Wayne still stays in touch with me, constantly checking up on me and making sure I’m happy with my purchase and I have no issues. Brad Gold - YOU NEVER DISAPPOINT .. I have bought 2 cars from Brad Gold at Mercedes and he is the only reason why I returned to this dealership. Once I purchased a car through Brad, I could not even think about going back to a anyone else. Amazing selection of high-quality cars, no pressure sales and incredible customer service. Brad is a compassionate sales professional. I just can’t say enough positive things about my experiences.
