From the moment we contacted Coastal Ford we received prompt, courteous, professional assistance. We traded in a 2004 Lightening and purchased a 2008 Shelby GT 500. We live on Vancouver Island, so it was not easy during COVID to make the Decision and head over to Vancouver. Ken contacted us immediately, with knowledge and enthusiasm, and went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed. We added requests during the sale and Ken Made everything happen and quickly. From the receptionist, to other sales associates, the business manager and the insurance writer, everyone worked together with efficiency, as we were getting the deal done just before a long weekend, so had ferry schedules to juggle. Thank you to the service team for Squeezing us in.....Tires, Rad, and the other extras. We received a warm welcome from all staff and they are so pleasant, always smiling and made us Feel valued. Our experience was 1st rate and would definitely recommend Coastal Ford Vancouver. Thank you Ken and Staff for caring.... our Shelby is home on the Island and we look forward to many leisurely drives....and some quick ones also. I had a very positive experience at Coastal Ford. Ken Izatt was helpful and courteous and made the purchase of My Ford Escape seamless. I am so far so happy with my Ford Escape, the intelligent 4 wheel drive is incredible and felt sturdy and strong driving in heavy snow conditions this weekend on the local mountains. It is easy to park, has so much trunk space and feels comfortable and super safe to drive. Thanks

Jason helped me purchase this Escape so I could tow my camper. He was super chill, honest, and easy to work with. After the sale, him and his team continue with the great service for all my vehicle-related questions and needs. Not the worst car buying experience I’ve had—quite the contrary.

Coastal ford as well as the Ford dealer in North Vancouver both offered me fair value for my Ford vehicle. Coastal ford offered slightly more so I went with them. I took care of my vehicle regularly so they did a quick routine inspection and we signed papers all within 1.5 hours time. I dealt with reception, sales, finance, then an insurance agent, all very pleasant and professional. I'll definitely shop here first if I decide to purchase another Ford.

I bought a pre-owned car from Lawrenz at Costal Ford. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. He did not push me to buy at any point and pointed out any existing blemishes on the car rather than hiding it. The rest of the sales team was also very professional and worked to solve any problems that arose. Overall a very pleasant experience.
