Regency Lexus Parts & Service continues to do an outstanding job. The staff (Frank, Raymond and Team) are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I've been having Lexus's serviced there for many years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I actually look forward to going in, having a cup of coffee, doing a bit of work and visiting! :)

I love the service department at Regency Lexus! I feel important as soon as I walk through the doors. They are kind, professional and efficient. They took me out to the shop floor to show me underneath my car. What they looked at, how safe everything was. I was included in the whole service experience. Thank you!

This was one of the best maintenance experiences I've ever had with this vehicle. The service appointment was easy to arrange. I was seen shortly after arrival with very little waiting. David was fantastic and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Regency Lexus service center.

I had quite a few issues with my vehicle. The most annoying one was the driver seat clicking back and forth but Regency team got all sorted out. It is so peaceful to drive now. Everyone at Regency always provides top notch professional service. I feel sorry them that they have to see me come back for as long as I own a Lexus :)
