Good people there. Service is good. Usually the price is high there for almost everything. I am going there since 2017. Vincent is the best employ there. After every service they offer you free car wash too.

UPDATED 8/10/2020: booked in a full service for my vehicle at this location. Online booking and phone call confirmation from the team was fairly easy and seamless. Service on-site was top-notch. Jeff and his team turned around the service in half the stated time (knowing I was in a rush, and the fact they were a little slow that day), and provided excellent non-push advice for recommended service. Jeff personally explained what the priority issues were, and helped me to make the best decisions for the vehicle, and for my wallet! Even after-service support was excellent, I had some follow up questions and concerns, and Jeff ensured that he addressed each and every one. This has by far been one of the best Toyota experiences, if not customer service experiences, I have had in Canada to date. Well done! ----------------------------- Aug 2020: So far so good! Spoke with Jeff (Asst Manager) on my vehicle's history and a potential upcoming service, and he was friendly and informative. Gave some extra tips as well that were new and useful. Jeff went above and beyond the simple customer request, nice work. Will book in a service in the future and hope these guys remain at 5*s for service on the ground!

Reception, inspection and change oil and tire roration services were all done professionally and on time, even ahead of promised schedule. I saw my RAV4 line up for car washing already but stayed there for a good 20 minutes, while later cars arrived and went ahead of mine. I don't know why it remained parked in the side with nobody attending to it. I could have finished much earlier. Only when I called the attention of the Service Agent did my car eventually get washed. Not a good way to end what could have been a Completely Satisfied rating!!! Goes to show that every part of the service plays a very important part of customer satisfaction!

Great service! I've been bringing my vehicles to the Regency Toyota Parts & Service for 8 years and have always received excellent service. Polite and professional staff strive to ensure service and repairs are done promptly and to high standards.

Been servicing my 2005 4runner with them since I bought at 66,000kms. It just rolled over 200,000kms and is running like a top thanks to the great service. They are always fair and upfront about costs. You can possibly save on labour rates elsewhere, but its the speed of their diagnostics that will save you hours of labor in the long run. Free $15 taxi vouchers and a car wash when you get your vehicle serviced, hard to beat that. Keep up the great work Pam.
