The service department here is fabulous. Huge shoutout to Anthony for always being so helpful. The mobile service team also comes in very handy since they can work on your car anywhere. I haven't used the sales team here but they're always friendly whenever I come in.

I'm in love with my new model 3! Billy Li went above and beyond to help me with my buying experience. He was professional and responsive to my questions regarding the car. I highly recommend reaching out to him for any inquiries regarding owning a Tesla.

Not sure who the main guy is that handles the sales etc. but he assured me he was a senior representative and was 'higher up' than another representative. All I wanted was a phone number and/or email to management, but he INSISTED I handle it with him. I was reluctant as this was call/email #7 to resolve issue. He was quite knowledgeable of the information, but sadly extremely condescending. His knowledge was given more as a 'middle finger' and less as a compassionate sales rep trying to resolve the situation. Always had a quick answer to stop me from talking that ultimately deferred the problem someone else. It's like he'd figured out the answer to every situation that absolved him of any and all responsibility. When asked a direct question he gave me the obligatory 'not my department' answer, and doesn't have information on that. But was very quick to tell me his own story , which essentially was telling me I was wrong about the situation. Nothing about his demeanor suggested he wanted to truly help. Feel like lots of help to buy a car , not so much when you've bought it.

Process for repair was easy. Went in with front control arm issue, drop the car off at the back alley, sit in waiting room for few hours, and it’s all done. Much appreciate with the speedy service, didn’t even have to explain anything to anyone there. Glad I was able to leave with my car before closing time, thank you again!

HIGH END CAR (?) WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO REPRESENT THE BRAND! My family and I scheduled a test drive at this location to know more about Tesla cars and experience the car features in person. We were extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. The experience we received was on a very low end, the kind I would expect from buying a cheap / second hand car dealership. - nobody greeted us or even offer bottled water while we waited for our appointment to come up. The girl at the customer service kept talking to another staff without even making an eye contact and we were just waiting and wondering what to do. - When our turn came up, the lady that took our information had no enthusiasm to help us. When she took us to the car for the test drive, she handed the key card and only showed the “Drive” and “Reverse” feature. No further information was given about the car. All she said was that we have 20 minutes to test the drive. We drove away with “Safety features of the car” being turned off. - when our test drive was finished, we told the the representative assigned to us that nothing was explained to us about the car. Safety features were turned off and we never got to experienced them as we drove. He still never bothered to show us the safety features, and told us that they can be turned on from the Dashboard settings of the car. He added that they just got the car (we drove) two days ago and they must have forgotten to turn them on. It seemed like we were just expected to know how the safety features work on Tesla cars. We were directed to the company website to know more about the car… what was the point of coming in person if this was the case? - the rep was also very insulting by telling us straight out that it will be $2000 likely monthly payment and that might be too much for us to pay without knowing how much down payment we were going to put and how much our income is.. Then when we did a phantom number, it turned out that the monthly was only going to be $1000 a month. We drove so far away and it was a total waste of our time. I had emailed the representative in Toronto who scheduled our appointment and gave my feedback about our experience. I requested that she assign us a representative who can take the time to introduce us to Tesla in a better way as we are very interested in buying a Tesla car. Nothing has been done ... Where has customer service gone?
