They are so Amazing, I have purchased twice in 1 year! All the staff---reception, financial services, management, and, of course, sales staff are phenomenal to work with. This visit I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Nguyen who is professional and personable. Chris worked hard to make certain my unique needs where met. Emails and phone calls are answered promptly. I am particularly grateful to Yamen for making my car purchase the best financial package he worked hard to get me. The team at Downtown Kia is excellent and they definitely make sure you're happy with your purchase and your needs are met. Tyler, Parker, Nigel, the list goes on, great people. Lot of value in a KIA without breaking the bank. Definitely recommend. -------- November 13 2020 Update: Was having a weird sound come from my left tire recently. Very minor. Called Downtown Kia. They told me to bring it to have it looked at. Rob, the operations manager was able to pinpoint what it might be after taking the car for a test drive. Fixed it for me immediately. Again, very happy with their service.

All the staff---reception, the drivers, mechanics, financial services, management, and, of course, all the salespeople---were very courteous, friendly, and helpful when I visited via the provided courtesy shuttle service. Best dealership in town. The GM , Mr Moghareh, Finance Manager Mr Shaker and Sales Manager Mr Hutton, are one of the most sincere and respectful salespeople I have come across. I highly recommend them. great price and great service. Best dealership I dealt with!!!!

We were involved in a car accident and had to make a quick decision regarding a car purchase. Stressful, but the people at the Kia Downtown were great and reassuring.
