I have just purchased an RX350 from Regency Lexus. My salesperson was Howard Huang. I found him to be very personable and professional. He provided me with clear and concise information to all my questions. Indeed, all of the staff I spoke with were polite and professional. I highly recommend using this dealership if you plan on purchasing a new or used Lexus.

We just had a terrific experience at Regency Lexus thanks to Shane Gelhede our sales associate. We came in with a specific vehicle in mind to purchase and he accommodated our requests and worked with us to meet our financial needs as well. He went above and beyond to secure the sale and we were very pleased to give him our business! Staffs are very friendly and very accommodating. During these strange times it was really nice to know that Regency Lexus takes the comfort and safety of their employees and customers very seriously. We will gladly come back to them for all of our personal and business vehicle needs.

Purchasing a vehicle from Regency Lexus has by far been my most pleasant car buying experience. I bought an NX 300H for my wife and our salesman, Kennard Wong, was both knowledgeable about the product and very prompt with communication. He helped me get a very fair trade in value for my truck and on top of that he was able to get us a very good deal when a computer glitch errored on the vehicle that we ordered. If you're looking for a vehicle then I highly recommend Regency Lexus and Kennard. They've earned my business for sure!

I don't know why some people rate this location low starts. I bought my 2021 IS 300 from George he is one of the best sales person I ever meet in my Life, he did not ask me to buy what they have in stock. He ask me what I actually want what colour what specifications. He was honest and very helpful all the time. Yesterday, I went to pick up my car from sales to Store Manager they all welcome me and take photos with us as memory, they treat me with respect and ensure I am happy with my purchase. Thank you Lexus Regency Team, I will suggests my friends and Family this location. Thank you for great customer Service.

I am out of town customer who is interested in one of the vehicles they have for sale. I am dealing with Eric Lin, product advisor and so far find him helpful and good at communication. Currently, we are in the “I am going to talk to my manager” stage and I will update this review once things are progressing.
