My recent interaction with this dealership has been absolutely amazing. I have been using the service department for the past few years and when the time came for me to look for a new car to replace my beloved 2017 X1, the sales rep, Tina Lee was the definition of professional service. Her communication was prompt and she was extremely patient with all my questions and changing requests. The service was overall excellent. Tina went above and beyond in tending to my inquiries and made me feel very welcome. I would highly recommend Tina as a knowledgeable rep who advocates for their client's interests! Thank you Tina

Recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Sales Rep was Russell Cruz; fantastic service. He was extremely patient with all my questions and needs and let me tell you, I am quite needy when it comes to vehicles. Overall service was excellent, Russell responded to all my questions during and after the purchase of my current car. All questions were also answered in a timely manner. I would highly recommend to go see Russell if you are shopping for your new BMW!!

Just purchased a BMW at BMW Store Vancouver. I could not be happier with my purchase ! Sales Executive John Baker was a pleasure to work with. John is very knowledgeable and understood exactly what I had in mind, recommended options and found me the perfect BMW. Documentation and insurance were seamlessly and efficiently handled. As promised, John delivered on time, a carefully detailed BMW, at a very fair price. He took the time to explain the many features in the car before I left the store. We just purchased a vehicle at The BMW Store and we couldn’t ask for a better experience when buying our first car in Canada. Russell Dela Cruz, the Sales Executive that helped us out, went above and beyond on every single detail of the purchase. I had a great buying experience with Sales Executive, Russell Dela Cruz. He was able to find the car that I was looking for and he was very accommodating to my timeframe! We executed the test drive, mechanical check & negotiated a fair price in under 2 hours. Russell is very knowledgeable about vehicles...not just BMW's so he was able to answer a lot of my comparative questions about the competition. He wasn't a pushy used car sales rep...more service oriented and he's been very professional in responding to my follow-up questions! I would high recommend connecting with him if you are looking for a BMW.
