The insurance for our licensed restaurant was coming due. We figured it would be a bit higher, but were shocked to find that it was almost double from last year! Angeli Sian worked night and day to find a lower priced alternative that provided the coverage we required, but was manageable for us. I'm not sure if Angeli slept for the 5 days she worked on this. Her dedication to helping us was outstanding and she really understood our needs and our limitations. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a dedicated, professional, intelligent agent.

Five stars for Mike Kwong and the Westland Insurance team! My fiancee and I recently purchased home insurance for our first home and couldn't be happier with our experience with Mike. During our search to find a good insurance place, we struggled to find a place that didn't just encourage us to do it all online (one company even refused to meet in person or talk on the phone) and we were left confused by some of the finer details regarding the different clauses in the policies. Not wanting to pay for a policy that could potentially not cover us in the event we actually needed to make a claim, we were very happy to find Mike at Westland Insurance. Mike was very welcoming and took the time to walk us through the policy and explain all the details of some of the finer clauses. He also had a thorough understanding of how the insurance policies worked, which had not been my experience with several insurance agents in the past.
