They recently moved to their new location. Previously they were a block south from their current location. There’s more street parking at their current location but no more parking at the back. I have been buying insurance from them for many years. I find the staff to be friendly and welcoming. I do find the new office to be dim when I was there to renew my insurance.

as a first time home buyer, i went here to learn about condo insurance. i went in expecting that this would be a common situation and they would be prepared to explain to me my options, but i was treated condescendingly and the person seemed to not want to waste their time with me. it was much easier and more educational to use a form online with squareone insurance than have a conversation with the sales person, so i would recommend doing that instead.
