Sussex Insurance - Kingsgate Mall

Honestly, this is the best Sussex insurance location I have been to! Those two people were really amazing!! The gentleman explained to me everything in a detailed, calm and organized way! I was very impressed and finally understood everything! I had in mind to upgrade my insurance policy and I did get some extra coverage as it was clear and detailed! I do not write reviews much but I had to this time... Caring and professional people at this location!!

Came in here to renew auto insurance. The covid19 preparation work is impressively thorough, and of course they have been doing this for years so they are really organized and clear about the steps and the costs and benefits. They are treating their customers with real care and I appreciate it.

Great, easy to understand staff who explained everything we needed for a complicated transfer of automobiles. Also noted how well they tried to protect us and them during this covid time!
