We were having a difficult time obtaining house insurance at short notice, and Grace was extremely helpful in securing us the necessary paperwork before 5:00pm on a Friday! She really went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of, and we are very thankful to her and Westland Insurance for making our new home dreams possible!

I've had to obtain car rental insurance a number of times in the past 6 months or so, and Grace Ng has been absolutely fantastic in helping me each time. Very responsive, and always wonderful to deal with - such a pleasure each time :)
