My husband and I made a decision to return to Ontario, Canada after 26 years in the US. I was worried as once we left the US our Medicare would not cover us. I searched and found Arebtov and a wonderful, thoughtful and knowledgeable Agent named Lea helped us get it all sorted out so that we could have coverage for the three months Ontario Health Insurance did not cover us. So I contacted Lea about 4 years ago for a travel insurance for my parents and grand parents. She was more than responsive every time and helpful with advices as to how to proceed. Despite the setbacks that we always encountered, she stuck with me along the way through this process always willing to help. I'm sure it was frustrating (I would've been frustrated to work on a lead so long) but she was understanding of the unforeseen events. And i'm glad to say we finally made it. 4 years is not 4 hours. It's a commitment and i highly recommend. Insurance is not something to be taken lightly, it's putting your trust in people you want have your best interest at heart, and i'm at peace with my choice.
