Unfortunately I had a very negative experience with this insurance agency. These people have no idea about what customer service really is. Owner - John is full of himself, unprofessional, extremely rude and obnoxious, his staff are proudly following his behavior. Unacceptable! In our great neighborhood are tons of insurance agencies, so do yourself a favor - avoid this circus!

I have been insuring both my vehicles through Kami and have found that they provide excellent friendly service. I would highly recommend them.

NO STARS. Rude horrible experience. Do not go here - there are other places to go to that will treat you like a person and not heckle you while you go down the stairs after telling them how unpleasant they were. Petty and unprofessional. I had trouble with the stairs and asked if there was an elevator and they gave me a bit of a hard time... not everyone who needs an elevator is in a wheelchair, people. Then, the man gives me a quote without telling me it's a monthly rate - no print out, writes it on a post it note. Weird experience. There are SO MANY other AutoPlan places to go and not have to experience such things. AVOID, keep walking, spend your money somewhere else.
