The host/receptionist who greets people somehow always manages to make me feel unwelcome. Like I’m an intruder instead of a customer. Maybe she was a bouncer at an exclusive club in an earlier life? I‘m at London Drugs now, renewing my ICBC with the friendly folks there.

They texted me when my appointment was ready which was good. I know for next time that there is parking in the back

Phoned to renew my insurance as I had missed the opening hours of the local branch. Easy and straightforward process plus saved me a bunch of money.

No call back option available. Reduced hours. Even my car insurance company opens till 9pm during covid season. Will not use bcaa for any travel insurance again

I can't get the information on-line and need to speak to someone. On hold far too long. 45 min and counting. Advice from a customer that has multiple policies with you is to add an option for call back so I can move on with my day.
