I had a wonderful experience renewing my ICBC insurance at Johnston Meier today. I got assisted by a super friendly and helpful person who was ready to make things as easy as possible for me. I even learned new things about the same insurance that I’ve been renewing for years, so I highly recommend their services.

Very lacking in customer service skills and unaware of how to fix a problem. Different information from different staff members. Very disappointed after having been a customer for 15 years.

Started out friendly but the person helping was having difficulty with things that should have been simple when filling in the boxes. She was obviously getting frustrated and was actually being condescending at times. I almost packed it up and went someplace else but was trying to keep an open mind and I didn't have a lot of time to someplace else. Finally got it done and left on friendly terms but I most definitely wouldn't return.

Very nice and fast service.no line up. People staff are friendly.
