Company of scammers, denies a simple claim for no reason at all. If you want to pay them money just for them to say no to your claim down the road then these are the guys for you!

Extremely poor!!!! They held a life insurance policy that saw my premium increase by 725%. No information provided on letter or website re: address to cancel. 45+ min on phone runaround to hear "Call back, we're at a special event". I will mention their arrogance to anyone I see.

I wish I was just dealing with poor customer service but I was actually robbed of 2000 dollars. They eventually gave it back but still

Terrible all around. Cant reach them takes multiple tries and you have to wait an hour or more to get through. Dont switch to them

this company is the worst company to deal with they take your money but when you need them to pay the y find every excuse as to not pay you they are hard to reach by phone and don't respond to letters save your money and run in the other direction.the only reason i gave them 1 star is because i had to.in order to post
