Time for policy renewal. So, went though it and discovered I had many questions. At a phone appointment set at my request, Fernanda spent nearly 30 minutes going through all my many questions clearly and patiently and with no attempts to up-sell. Great service.

Very slow response times and long delays in getting quotes. Recently tried to get a quote for a new apartment and it took three weeks and we didn't even receive a quote. Went with an online insurance instead and got covered within 15 minutes. This wasn't the first experience with that kind of service at that office. My partner tried getting a quote for a business insurance and the broker never get in touch with him. I expect better service for the high amount they are charging.
