I ordered a toque, should be simple enough. Phone calls, forget it, the fastest l could get connected was 31 minutes with a rep who could only follow the script in front of him. Three weeks and nobody knows anything about the order. Alexa could do better. Shopping online? Look somewhere else.

That's my favorite place to shop. I find whatever I need and thanks to the super helpful associates, they make it very easy for us to shop and choose the perfect size. It is always a pleasure to go there.

Got some deadly Adidas shoes today. Lots of good stuff there and the staff was great. I'll be goin back right quick.
