BCAA

Having a BCAA membership is a must, especially if you own a used vehicle. Even newer vehicles under 5-10 years have break-downs, how else do you deal with an emergency when you're on the highway in the middle of nowhere and the car stops running?

Better to have it and nit need it. Than to need it and not have it. They come when you call.

I needed to get some insurance and called BCAA in BC which sent me to the Nanaimo branch. I had Galen (I believe) on the phone walking me through the process. Not only was he the most upbeat and helpful individual, but he saved me money and found me the best deal for me in no time. This person genuinely seemed to enjoy his work - idk how much you are paying him BCAA, but it should be much more!

My phone experience was amazing. The woman was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable; and helped my family out when we were in a bind.

We sat on the phone for 1/2 hour and eventually hung up before anyone would talk to us, very frustrating. If you cannot handle people in person at least someone on the phone to answer questions would be helpful. When we showed up at the door we were turned away because we didn’t have an appointment. We drove down the street to Sussex insurance in the Canadian Super Store and received immediate service. Very disappointing for long term members!
