Excellent customer service, great staff I would recommend Rainbow Chrysler to all my family and friends for new vehicle thanks for the great experience.
I had a great experience with Rainbow Chrysler in Prince Rupert! I am new in town and haven't had good luck with the customer service in many businesses in the area. I wasn't expecting much but needed to get some repair work done on my vehicle so didn't have a choice but to make an appointment. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful and answered my questions. They did a great job with diagnosing the issue with my vehicle and then fixing it. The cost was reasonable and comparable to other auto dealerships. I had a pleasant experience with this business and am very happy about it. I am looking forward to a continued relationship with them as I love my Jeep and want to keep it running great!
Friendly service easy access from highway
It went like this...we went in to browse and had no thoughts on buying anything today- then we bought a 2020 Grand Cherookee Jeep. So you tell me. 😉
