Got insurance for water and mold damage only to find out a year later that the insurance doesn't cover mold damage.. not impressed at all

Consistent poor service entering this office. No greetings, no smiles, scowling faces... We pay thousands of dollars to this office yearly and get treated as if they could care less about how they can meet customer needs.
