I was disappointed in the effort made with one of the sales staff and the owner. I went to the coast to purchase a new truck and sent an email to view the advertised truck, only to find out the truck wasn’t on the lot. The owner was driving it around in Vancouver as his personal vehicle. My email wasn’t replied to as well as my texts to see if they were still interested in selling it and giving me a price. It all worked out in the end, as I purchased a 2021 Ram 1500 Limited from a dealership that returned my email & texts.

I recently purchased my third new RAM 1500 Ecodiesel from Haley. Every time I've been given fair (or better than fair) value for my trade, and the sales staff, service personnel and managers have been very professional and courteous. Although I've seen several sales staff and managers come and go over the past few years, Jordan and his people are some of the best I've seen. They are honest and understand the value of customer loyalty--something that is often overlooked in business these days. Chantelle has always made herself available for questions or concerns during the buying process--even coming in early or staying late to assist. Even the staff that I haven't worked with are always friendly and greet me every time I come in. In our small community, Haley Dodge is a great example of what you would like to experience when buying a new vehicle or having your current vehicle serviced.

Great experience getting my new 2020 Jeep Gladiator. Chantelle and Jordan were both super helpful getting the ride I wanted ordered and the lift I wanted installed. Great service and made me feel good to shop local.

Edit. The getting the truck part was good,easy to get into, nothing to do with insurance or anything. The one star is based on the garbage customer service, manager has ignored many texts and emails, couldn’t have been bothered to say hi or anything when we arrived at the dealer. Bought a brand new 65k truck and they tried to deliver it with half a tank of gas, made it seem like a big deal to fill it up like any other new vehicle you’d buy, “oh we already put 50 bucks in it”. After I put 1 star the manger emailed me to change the review, and threatened to put a bad review on my companies page that he’s never had anything to do with, very professional!
