I renew my car insurance here every 3 months. The staff are always friendly and service is fast. No complaints here!

I called and left a voicemail about renewing my insurance and Christa called me at 8am as soon as they opened and had my renewal done and emailed to me within 10-15 minutes. Very professional and cheery. I would definitely recommend Christa for future business as she knows her stuff!. Very Pleased and happy that my insurance got done.

This is not about the staff and directed to the management. Personnel perhaps need reminding that the public relations aspect of the current situation is greater than usual and therefore the practise of not acknowledging customers as they approach locked doors is an obvious oversight. However, there is is never a good excuse for a bad faux pas.

Very clean environment for these COVID times. Worth the 3 minute wait to stay safe for sure.

Excellent customer service, able to answer my many questions, extremely helpful and patient with sharing the detailed information so that I was able to understand things better, friendly, fast responses. An overall good experience. THANK YOU so much Lisa & Jenelle. Keep up the awesome work :):)
