Poor and very unprofessional service. Inquired about a vehicle with Shayne Webster and he sent me over to whoever their finace worker is and she said she emailed me to let me know how the application went. Never received a single email from her or a call or even a voicemail. 4 days later thos dealership has just left me hanging. With their high rates and poor service your just better off going to another dealer. Never had such poor service in my life.
Just bought a 2020 Honda Accord. Couldn't have gone much smoother thanks to Shayne Webster (sales associate) and Kim Whynot (financial services representative). I highly recommend Kings County Honda to anyone thinking about their next car purchase.
