HAVE YOUR VEHICLES INSPECTED. Long explanation on the phone on a vehicle to say how it is THE specialist in the Sprinter and that it does a huge job of revision (hence the more expensive price). Then the phone suddenly cuts when I talk about going to have the vehicle inspected at Mercedes. I'll call later: he ran out of battery and didn't know which number to call back (no kidding). Then the vehicle is not available. Then he doesn't have his agenda to make an appointment. It smells like a person who is not really honest.

I have never experienced such a poor customer service experience. I was sold a truck that had to be ready to hit the road, when I finally had to put a lot of money in the next 2 weeks. While going on the spot to obtain answers, I waited hours for finally that the car mechanic finishes its figure and that I leave again empty-handed. And unable to get an appointment at this dealer after several reminders over several weeks. In addition to suspicious mode of payment, the person in charge, without naming it, answers the messages certainly but never with the facts. Having told me each time "I look at my schedule, I reconfirm that", "I write you tomorrow" obviously without any return, I decided to go elsewhere after 4 weeks of niesage and waiting. I never would have bought this vehicle afterwards ..
