They damaged my car in the service department on 2100 Boul Dagenais. The nice reps accepted their fault immediately and tried to fix it but the touch up paint they used was very off, so they called their manager. The manager came with an aggressive attitude to the point that I asked him to calm down before we can talk. He denied the fact that damage hapenbed in their shop and claimed that their mechanic said the dent was there. I asked their representative to please bring the mechanic who said the damage was therr from before but the manager interrupted us and asked me to leave the premuses! If he was telling the truth why would they immediately try the touch up without asking me? And why did he not want to let his immaginary mechanic come and tell me if he has noticed the dent on my almost new car?
