J'ai acheté un quadriporteur pour ma mère au printemps 2018, zéro problème, très satisfait! Elle s'en sert beaucoup sur les pistes cyclables, un bon 2000 Km par année. Les batteries on toujours la même autonomie qu'au début.

I have had my electric bike for a year and I like it a lot, but what I like least about this purchase is that I still have problems with the breaks debuit the beginning of its break once on 5 and I still have to go and see for the problem because I have the rear station wagon that no longer works and in addition a week after buying it I had to return because I had a puncture on the wheel rear, they changed one everything was fine and yet another week spent still puncture on the same wheel, to make say that there is a small piece of metal which bursts my bicycle guts or is the logistics in all its.

The bike itself is pretty good, but the after sales service is disappointing. They don't keep the parts in stock, refer us to third parties who don't have the parts either. The charger for the battery is rather fragile, it is not standard (54.6V) and the delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks online.

In terms of price, you might think that suits you if you compared it to at the stores. On the quality side, it does not exceed the average level. As for service and warranty, it's a big hoax. If you need to replace or repair something, know that you have to buy it more expensive compared to Amazon Canada. If you decide to repair them elsewhere, the warranty will be void on that seller's system. See the warranty system of this shop in the attached photo.
